Office20 was founded by a Japanese professional with deep, firsthand experience in U.S.–Japan business and communication environments. With a background spanning legal studies, bilingual documentation management, and cross-cultural workplace experience, our founder saw a consistent gap — not in language itself, but in the understanding that surrounds it.
